Instead I got another box from another model which was not in such good condition as my original and also lacked the outer box. I expected to get my repaired robot back in my provided original boxes. The disappointment: We took particular care to ship our Neato in its original box and packaging, including the outer box that the robot's box was shipped to us in by the retailer.
